Shipping
Orders are shipped within three business days after receiving payment/paypal receiving payment. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. All items will be fully insured when shipped. Purchases will only be shipped to the buyers confirmed/verified credit card billing address.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard National (within France) shipping, you should receive your order within 3-8 business days. European Orders should arrive in 5-10 business days. International Shipping takes from 6-14 days. Please allow a total of 21 days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
- National = Euro 30.00
- European = Euro 40.00
- International = Euro 65.00
Q: I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?
A: Depending on the shipping options that you have chosen, your delivery day will fall into one of these catergories: National (3-8 business days), European (5-10 business days) or International (6-14 business days).
Q: Is there a returns policy?
A: Yes, as the customer you are allowed a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us by email or telephone that you wish to cancel and return your order and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. When paying through paypal, purchases will only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address.
Customs Forms: We mark all of our customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the amount that you paid for it (minus shipping). You are responsible for any customs duties/fees once the item arrives at your destination.
